This project presents a contemporary single-storey home defined by a clear and simple architectural form. The façade combines light brick with dark wooden elements, creating a balanced and timeless expression.

The interior is designed as an open-plan space where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow naturally together. Wood surfaces, light finishes, and black details add warmth and character. An integrated fireplace acts as a subtle yet strong architectural feature.

Both daylight and artificial lighting are carefully considered to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, from bright natural daytime conditions to a warm and intimate evening ambiance.
